Barre Fitness @ The Core

As women, we're always looking for opportunities to enrich those we love. The Core Theatre Dance Studio would like to offer something to enrich women. Our studio provides a challenging barre' fitness workout in an encouraging Christ-centered environment.
Barre Fitness @ The Core uses an approach of deep plies, extensive abdominal engagement, detailed foot, leg, and arm strengthening and stretching, to develop a lean, fit body, taught by a professional dancer.
Come join us as we move to uplifting Christian music, fortifying our bodies, improving our posture and giving attention to our health!

In an hour long class, the Director of Dance at The Core Theatre will lead women through a series of exercises that target specific muscle groups. She will use modified ballet movements and floor exercises to strengthen and tone the body. We will also incorporate tools such as balls and weights to enhance our workout.
Two options: $50.00 for one month of barre' fitness classes, meeting once a week.
$70.00 for one month of barre' fitness classes, meeting twice a week.
Barre' Fitness Classes taught on:
Mondays   6:30 – 7:30
Thursdays 6:00 – 7:00
